hi,
i just want to know if Quartus Web edition and Xilinx ISE webpack are
the only free( of charge) chances to develop from HDL (VHDL ,Verilog )
to FPGA or are there others way; i.e other brands offer similar tools
(Actel, Lattice, etc..)
