dhtml library recommendations

From peoples expereinces, what is the best dhtml library for 4th and
5th generation browsers? (IE4+ NN4+ Opera6+ Safari Firefox Konqueror
Mozilla)

Criteria would be:
1. true cross-browser api
2. actively maintained
3. stability
4. featureset

DynApi, DynApi2, DynApi3, Cross-Browser.com, Walterzorn.com ?
Are there other well maintained ones that i've missed?

I used to use DynApi a few years back.
They keep changing the API, their site has been dead
for several months, and DynApi3 has been in 'beta'
for over a year. It looks like they might have also
dropped support for non-DOM browsers. i'm considering
using cross-browser.com's api instead.

Does anyone have any good/bad experiences with DynApi3 vs
Cross-Browser.com ?
Is there another lib out there that is better that i didn't list?
