diff Process under diff users

I wanna make a prog that launch with fork 2 diff process under 2 diff
users and kill the parent process. Is that possible? and if yes how
can i do that?

Only root (or a setUID root program) can do that.
Check 'perldoc perlvar', then post to comp.lang.perl.misc instead of
posting to comp.lang.perl.
