Difference between static final members and final static members(if any)?

    But one of my project files involved a class which had nearly 15 data
    members. The first 10 odd members were declared as
    public static final String X1 = "...";

  4. It might be the results of copy/paste. There is no difference. It's
    just the matter of style.
