Display image being captured by web-camera on web-page

I am writing a Video Conference application now, and would like to display
the image capture from the web-camera and display on the web page. But, I
can't find a web control which can display the image being captured from
web-camera on the web page.

I was successfully developed the Video Conference application in VB.NET
window form, which using the PictureBox control to capture the video.

Is there any web control in asp.net which can capture the image being
captured from the web-camera? Thanks!
