When creating a control dynamically (code behind) how do you show it on the
page and position it on the page.

you need to do it with the style tag:
style="Z-INDEX: 101; LEFT: 96px; POSITION: absolute; TOP: 96px"

or you can do it the easy way. put a place holder in the place you want the
control to be and add the dynamic control in code.
