DMTF "MOF" format

Discussion in 'Ruby' started by Clifford Heath, Oct 30, 2003.

  1. There must be people here who have an interest in the Common
Information Model (CIM) published by the Distributed Management
Task Force (www.dmtf.org). It's an O-O data definition language
with similarities to IDL. I've never seen a language definition.

Anyhow, I wrote a little Ruby parser which recognises all of the
2.8 preview MOF specifications which is available on request. Does
anyone know of other Ruby related work with MOF? Note that I know
of at least one other MOF, from Corba, and AFAIK it's not the same
    thing - or is it?
