When generating a wsdl from the ServiceDescription object, the
SoapFaultBinding object does not take or generate a "name" parameter (in the
bindings section), which it (according to the 1.1. specification) should.

Am i using the wrong object here, or is there a flaw in the examples given
    by MS?
