Is anyone here aware of a browser plugin (preferably MSIE or Mozilla/Firefox)
that will allow me to filter out specific code from being processed by the
browser?

For instance, I could enter in "SIZE=1" and all instances of that in the source
would be ignored.... or I could enter in much longer snippets of code to
ignore.

use a proxy like http://www.proxomitron.info/ so you can check out and
filter for everything that uses http (as long as it can be configured to
use a proxy)
