Drag and Drop Data Items Onto Form In VS2008

I am reading a book (Microsoft ADO.NET 2.0 Steb by Step written by
Rebecca M. Riordan). In the book there is an excercise where you
click on a column in a table from the Data Source window and you drag
over the itemas a Textbox, Combobox, etc.

The book assumes you are using VS 2005. I cannot drag over the
customerID column onto the form from the Server Explorer nor do I see
a Data Source window. Is there drag and drop from a table
functionality in VS 2008 ? If so, can someone please direct me?

Data >> Show Data Sources
or
Shift + Alt + D

You then add a Data Source for your database and drag and drop to your
hearts content. ;-)
