Hi, sorry if this is the wrong group to post this to -
I'm trying to create some draggable layers

The map symbols will only move as long as the page is at the top (if
you haven't scrolled down) - used dreamweaver to create it (so it's
dreamweavers code in the head).
Anyone got any ideas how I can fix it or know of a website that will
tell me? I'd do a flash-type game, but I don't have the time to learn
how to do it - this seemed (at the time) like an easier option.
