DRAM model

    Hi
    Iam looking for a DRAM model in VHDL
    which has refesh cirucit and time parameters.
    please help

    If you mean SDRAM, check the Micron models, like:
    http://www.micron.com/products/dram/sdram/part.aspx?part=MT48LC4M16A2TG-75

    They usually works (used one last year, worked well).

    I do not know any model for DRAM (EDO, etc..), but I didn't even searched
    for them.
