Drop down menus

Anyone have any idea how to implement a drop down menu like this:
http://pfxtrade.com/about_us.asp (highlight 'Club Rooms')

Another one that I've found to be quite nice is at:

www.skmmenu.com

It is free, supports all kinds of extra features (including custom
images, javascript, html, style sheets, and role based security display
control). Hope it helps.
