I have a form that has various text boxes then a drop down menu with departments.
You can see in the image below that next to the drop down box there is a link to add and new department. The link opens a pop up window (window 2) that then has a separate form that adds a department. Once it's added, it closes.
Now, the tricky part is, how do I refresh the department drop down box on window 1 to reflect the new department added?
