Dynamic Display Process

I am doing a Application to compute extra bonus of each employee
I am using for loop to do for each employee

How to make a screen dynamically display each computation of employee bonus
What I mean
When the for loop finish the first employe
the screen display
" Employee1: bonus XXXX
" processing Employee2..
when second empoyee competed
the screen displa
" Employee1: bonus XXXX
" Employee2: bonus XXXX
" processing Employee3..
