Easy Image resize - Works on Web Matrix - Does not on Third Party

I am trying to resize and image in a page load, image1.width="400"

This works on my web matrix run, but when run on my third party server, I
get an compiler error:

BC30311: Value of type 'String' cannot be converted to
'System.Web.UI.WebControls.Unit'

What do I need to do?
