    Does anyone know or have any details on Ebay's implementation
    architecture? They claim "Java technology/Powered by Sun", but the
    URL's are all "http://ebay.com/XXX.dll?XXX".

    They seem to be using a lot of JavaScript.
    Also you see comments like this:

    <!--source: C:\ebayTemp\dcp\DCP_assets\0\2984\related_cats.html -->

    Does anyone recognise thouse as typical of some particular server side
    technology?
