If you are designing an ebusiness site of your own which is supposed
to let the customer download the product once they make the purchase,
and the transaction is done through paypal, how do you set up an
instant download? The only thing I know is HTML, no cgi, perl, etc, so
keep that in mind when responding.

You hire someone who knows CGI, Perl, etc.
