Embedding video chat?

Are there are simple, low-cost 3rd party components that can be
embedded in a asp.net page to support interactive video chatting (low
volume site)? I am looking for something similar to Skype (2 person
interaction at the most). Is it possible to implement this w/o a video
streaming server? If so, what are the typical constraints to look for
when selecting a web hoster ? TIA for any reference.

Thanks for suggesting more specialized groups if this is not the right
    forum,
