Emulating WCF Through SSL Accelerator

I have a service which will be sitting behind a firewall and SSL
accelerator and I need to emulate this in a test environment. I have
all of the hardware and software to test this except the SSL
accelerator.

I need to do the following:

Client (over SSL) -> Proxy -> Server (unencrypted)

Does anyone know of a free or reasonably priced piece of software
which will act as the proxy/accelerator?
