Enterprise Localization Toolkit - Has anyone used it and or extended it?

Hi,

I'm looking into the Enterprise Localization Toolkit (ELF) and despite the
mentioning of the AutoPopulate in the documents and the site i cannot see any
eveidence of it in the source files.

I was wondering if anyon eis using it, self-made or not.
