Error when build

I get a following error message:

Error 3 Metadata file
'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET
Files\cpo1\d95685ea\ec15af1e\App_Web_atpxzjkv.dll' could not be found

What this mean?

I have asp.net 2.0,c#, VS2005
