error while trying to run project

hi all...
I get an error while trying to run project telling me:
unable to start debugging on the web server. the project is not configured
to be debugged.

can you help me please what the problem is?

You don't say wthether you actually want to debug or just run the app. If
not, then run by pressinbg Ctrl+F5. If you want to debug, then have a look
