Eval and Execute - Newbie question

Please help -

I am having issues doing some really simple stuff without Eval/Execute in
..NET - does anyone use a replacement for Eval/Execute in .NET or have a
workaround with basically the same functionality?

One example, I'm passing a query string into my page the query string
contains my variable names and values (mypage.aspx?var1=X&var2=Y&var3=Z,
etc) I would like to assign the input values to my variables. Using
Eval/Execute this is kinda easy:

For Each varName In objHttpRequest.QueryString
Execute(varName & "= Request.QueryString(varName)")
Next

I know I could use a select case - but there are a good number of variables
and I would like to avoid the time of writing and maintaining such code...

Any ideas?
