I have a webcontrol that extends from System.Web.UI.WebControl. It has
3 drop downlist for day, month, year. The day, month, year then form
the single property called SelectedDate. The control also lets the
user specify MinimumDate and MaximumDate. During design time I have
validations to ensure MinimumDate<SelectedDate<MaximumDate. How can I
    achieve this during runtime.
