looking for a Java Developer with experience working with Weblogic
server in the Hoboken, NJ area.

General Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities will be to analyze
application program requirements and develop computer program code by
performing the following duties. Developer must be able to
independently perform the duties and responsibilities listed below, as
well as act as a technical and business adviser to less senior staff
members.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of three to five years Java/J2EE experience. Hands on
experience with JSP, Servlets, Struts, Tiles, JSTL, JDBC, JNDI and
Oracle database environment.
Ability to integrate third party products/APIs to enhance
applications. Familiarity with Velocity, FOP, AJAX, Hibernate, EJB.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical management
and line staff.
Experience in working with one or more Software Development Life-Cycle
(SDLC) Methodologies.
Proven history of producing and maintaining detailed documentation
through comprehensive and structured configuration control.
Experience working in a corporate, transaction based systems
environment in either the financial; telecommunications or retail
industry preferred. Experience with source code management tools CVS,
SVN, Visual Source Safe, etc.
Experience with code generation/build tools (experience with Jakarta
ANT a plus)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
At least four years systems and/or applications programming
experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years experience with Weblogic application server is highly
preferred.
Experience with Oracle BPEL Process Manager
Lucene or any newer technology
Experience in Domain Name Systems / Domain Registry
Position Profile:
Individual should be capable of producing in a team environment,
interacting with other developers and fully participating in the
SDLC.
Person must be reasonable, flexible and receptive to guidance or
feedback from management and business product owners.
Be willing to adhere to established company coding convention and
contribute documented process to continue to enhance existing
procedures.
Possess a proactive attitude with respect to aggressive deadlines and
providing rapid solutions to the demands of a growing customer base.
