EXEC CGI Works Only with .SHTML? Not with .HTML?

Is it possible to make EXEC CGI work with .HTML files instead of only
..SHTML?

Yes. Configure whatever webserver software you use to parse files other then
thought with "SHTML" extensions for SSI directives. How you do this depends
on the server.
