favourite tool for dependency checking? (e.g. Genjar)

Anyone know of any good tools out there for dependency checking of java
classes? By which I mean tools like Genjar: given entry point class(es)
for a project, they calculate which classes get reached. (And in the
case of Genjar, make a jar containing only the reached classes.)
