FFT Code?

Does anybody have some FFT code to transform my wav file data. I want to
convert my stream values to frequencies. I use AudioInputStream to get in
the data into a 1D array.

Yeah I have done that simple search, I can't find any simple ones to use. I
was hoping someone just had one laying about. Basically my data will be in a
1D array of byte values that gets returned form AudioInputStream.read(...);

Help would be excellent.
