File not saving in .XLS format. Only HTML

We have a weird situation and I'm hoping someon can point us in the
right direction.

When we try to save a report, it chooses to "Save As" in .xls format.
This is done in IE 6.0 and 7.0. However, we have a few other users
(also on IE 6.0 & 7.0) but are unable to save it in .xls format. IE
wants to save it instead in .HTML format.

Anyone know what could be causing this? I think it's more of an IE
setting versus the code....right?

Are you setting Response.ContentType in your code?
