Finding if a file is open.

    Is there a CRT method to find if a file is open.
    Or a way to get the refcount on itz open handles.

    Not using the standard C programming language. There may be extensions to
    the language provided by your compiler or the operating system. Yo-u might
    want to check a newsgroup that deals with your operating system to see if
    they can identify something to help you.
