What is the syntax in Java Script to change the color of font in a text box?

Nelson,

You will want to manipulate the text color using JavaScript's CSS
manipulation. You can either change the class file associated with the
control or you can change the font color directly. Try this out for
example:

whateverControl.style.color='#DDDDDD';
