I have a form with 52 text boxes set out in 4 columns of 11 and one
column of 8. Guess what they're used for? That's right, displaying
weekly information.
So, I'm setting them out on a normal aspx page, and being somewhat lazy
I just copy and paste from a single text box, so that finally I end up
with a control named Textbox52.
So I marshall the first 11 into an approximate column, select them all
by holding down the CTRL key and clicking on each, and then align them
by Format--> Align
Now I want to make sure that they are spaced vertically down the page.
Selecting the Format menu again, I choose Format--> Vertical Spacing
--> Make Equal.
And it sort of works. They're more equally spaced than before, but even
my jaundiced eye can see that they're not *perfectly* spaced the same
number of pixels (or whatever) apart.
So why not? Anyone got any ideas?
