Found solution

  1. I found a Reason for this solution
This error occurs because of installation of a IIS update (windows
update). After installing the update the settings from the root IIS
application was copied to child IIS-applictaion. In my case a HTTP-
Header value for content-type and charset was copied to the child
ASP.Net Application. And I do not need this settings in the child-
    application.
