Frame question!

Hi to all!
I`ve got a question! I use three frames. One on the left for my buttons, a
mainframe and one on the bottom. Is it possible that when I use a button
that there is a content on the main - and bottomframe? Because I want to
make page where you can use a button on the left frame and the subcategories
are opened on the bottomframe! I hope u understant what I mean and can help
me!
