Frames in WebForms?

you can still use frames...but often they aren't needed now
what is it you are trying to do?

I'm trying to have a menu with link buttons on my left side, and the
corespondent result onclick_button in my right side. Just like frames where
we choose the "result" target.

you'll have to do it clientside then, or lose the frames, use the server
postback of the menu clicks and rebuild the page with the appropriate info
on the right-hand side.
It's all up to whether or not you want to make a round-trip on each click
