The freeware NumericsDisplay utility at
<URL: http://www.praxiologic.com/software/freeware/ >
was written as a tool for those wrestling fairly directly with JVM class
files, though it might conceivably be useful to others.
It has the basic functionality of a programmer's calculator, but principally
serves to simultaneously display numbers either as Java expressions and IEEE
754-1985 (rendered as hex) or as Java expressions and decimal, octal, and
hexadecimal.
This tool is freeware and not adware.
