Minimum Five years of professional experience in Java Development, Web
logic and web services.

Requirements:
§ Advanced Level Experience in Java/J2EE, Oracle and Weblogic.
§ Minimum five years of proven professional experience in Java, AJAX,
and Web UIS.
§ Experience creating cross-browser compliant web UIs
§ Proficiency in HTML / XHTML (2 years)
§ Proficiency in CSS (2 years)
§ Proficiency in JavaScript / DOM scripting (2 years)
§ Possess a strong willingness to learn emerging front-end
technologies and W3C standards
§ Five Years of experience with J2EE development, with jsp/css/java
scripts, XML and webservices
§ Minimum four years experience with castor, hibernate, jaxrpc,
struts, spring, log4j, and junit,
§ Advance Knowledge and experience with Solaris
§ Expertise level experience with Commerce lifecycle and systems,
expertise in analyzing current systems and experience with documenting
in detail java docs to pass to java developers
§ Experience with multiple login authentication methods
§ Advanced level b2b commerce experience and with company specific
customizations for commerce orders
§ Advanced knowledge and experience in content management systems
§ The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills that
can be used to effectively communicate technical concepts to business
customers.
§ Advanced Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Java experience
preferred)
§ Awareness of usability and accessibility issues
§ Experience developing in a scripting language environment
(preferably JSP)
§ Excellent communication skills (oral and written presentation)
§ The candidate must be able to understand business customer
requirements from the perspective of its impact to the success of the
business and be able to translate them to a technical implementation.
§ The candidate must be motivated and a self-starter that is able to
cope well with uncertainty and change.
