answer? Here or over there?

Hint - Crosspost if you must. Do not multipost.

Your answer: What colours are you talking about. If you mean the users
"desktop colours" then no, there is no way to find out anything about your
viewers system, except what the browser will tell you and that is not very
much, thankfully.
