Getting basic information about media file playing with MediaPlayer

Hi,

how can I discover, what file MediaPlayer is playing? Audio-file one
or video-file one?
It could be work with DataSource.getContentType(), but it is an error
to call getContentType() if the source is not connected. But I don't
need to connect this source, because the media file is playing with
MadiaPlayer.

I need to know what kind of media MediaPlayer playing, because I need
to know, if the playing file is a video file one, size (width x
heigth) of this video file.
