Getting CheckBoxList selected values

I 'm databinding a CheckBoxList control
Can somebody forward me a sample how to get if a checkBox is selected i
want to return TRUE and if not FALSE?

I would like to get TRUE or FALSE(A BOOLEAN After postback)
is it possible with CheckBoxList?
