GridView - Accessing Values on Click of CheckBox Column

Hi All,

Can anyone advise how to access the values of a row in a datagrid,
when a checkbox is is checked/unchecked?

I want to run a function that will do somethign with the ID of the row
when the check box is changed.

Any help will be much appreciated.
