GridView:HyperLink; how to set CssClass in Skin?

    If I put the following in the skin definition nothing happens, the links are
    still not-black (all other attributes are there) ??

    <asp:GridView SkinID="Test" >
    <Columns>
    <asp:HyperLinkField ControlStyle-CssClass="Black" />
    </Columns>
    </asp:GridView>
