GridView InsertRow

Hi,
Given a GridView and SqlDataSource, what is the best way to insert a
row?

Is there going to be an AddRow() or InsertRow() method in the future?

I don't see any answers in Google to how to add a row to a GridView.
In addition, there were no replies to how to validate either.

Inserting a row is pretty basic functionality.

In my opinion, the GridView does not have enough features to make it
useful. I plan to use the DataWindow.NET from Sybase, or another 3rd
party grid.

The old Visual Basic 6 grid was a similar story. The good news is that
there is a thriving market in 3rd-party grids.
