Handling toolbars in Javascript

Is there a possibility that i can control the toolbars from my
javascript code snippet ???
like ... make a window with my custom toolbars or like window.open ..
with now toolbars

The short answer in "no".

You cannot remove the toolbars from existing windows.

You could open a new window (yuck) with a fake toolbar at the top of
the page loaded into it.
