Hello all!
Please, could someone have a look at my HTML and tell me why my blog

Thanks so much!

Get rid of this monstrosity:

background:url("<a
href="http://s85.photobucket.com/albums/k56/Empath_2006/?action=view&curr
ent=blognewsm.jpg" target="_blank"><img
src="http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k56/Empath_2006/blognewsm.jpg"
border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>") no-repeat left top;

and replace with

background:url("http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k56/Empath_2006/blognew
sm.jpg") no-repeat left top;

You cannot do with background images what you think you can! do. If you
want links and stuff, use the img element instead (not background
construction) and keep it simple.

I doubt it (not to say I could not be wrong. I did make a mistake 87
yrs, 4 months, 3 days, 6 hours and 18 minutes ago).

Type what I said very carefully, keeping in mind that my/your newsreader
might be breaking the url text up. You do not need to add the "repeat"
or "top" or "left" words.

Just:

background: url("... and here you type the full URL ...").

Watch the quotes.

The URL is http://

followed with no space by

i85.photobucket.com/albums/k56/Empath_2006/blognewsm.jpg

I have tested this and it works. And remember, I am dorayme, not your
average lunatic.

Now I see that your url value is blank.
Actually what dorayme has said is correct, but if it is not performing then maybe the image is not available now. First verify that the path is correct and then try it once again, I think you will succeed.
