This error message refers to my web.config file. Am I suppose to make an
entry in the web.config file? I converted this site from .net20 with
    VS2008.

Error 1 An error occurred loading a configuration file: Failed to start
monitoring changes to 'Y:\croftweb\DotNet3_5Test\xmlfiles' because the
network BIOS command limit has been reached. For more information on this
error, please refer to Microsoft knowledge base article 810886. Hosting on a
UNC share is not supported for the Windows XP Platform.
    Y:\croftweb\DotNet3_5Test\xmlfiles\web.config

The files are on a shared Network Drive, but I have admin rights. This
    worked just fine in VS2005.
