Help needed: How to normalize/denormalize XML using C

Hi there,

I need to write some code to perform XML normalization/denormalization
using C. Does anyone have a sample code for this? Or can anyone tell
me how should I deal with the UTF-8, UTF-16 encoding stuff when
performing the normalization/denormalization?
