Help: Webform refreshes itself regularly - WHY???

[VB Programmer]

In my web application it seems that every page refreshes itself
automatically every x seconds.

Now, in 2 webforms I specifically wanted to them to refresh every x seconds.
I put this code in Page_Load:
Response.AppendHeader("refresh", "100") ' set page to refresh
every x seconds

But, I do NOT have this in my other pages and they auto-refresh! Is there
something I'm missing???? How can I stop them from refreshing?
