I have a server menu control populated from a sitemap. It works but
its appearance needs improvement.
I have tried CSS styling but I can't seem to make all menu cells the
same widths.
There are 4 menu items: Home, Requests, User Information,
Administration.
I need to make those 4 items same widths.
Right now it reserves a lot of space where the menu item text is the
longest(ie to User information and to Administration).
